- Adherence to the CreativeML OpenRAIL-M license is required, emphasizing responsible and ethical use.
- MidJourney
- License: MidJourney’s terms of service
- Images created with MidJourney must not violate ethical or harm-based restrictions. Users retain copyright but must comply with MidJourney’s usage policies.

- DALL·E 2 and DALL·E 3 (OpenAI)
- License: OpenAI’s Content Policy
- Allows the commercialization of images, including selling and merchandising, while adhering to OpenAI’s content policy which restricts explicit and harmful content.
- Users must disclose AI involvement in shared work and avoid misrepresenting AI-generated work as human-generated or real-life events.
- DreamStudio (Stability AI)
- License: CreativeML OpenRAIL-M license
- Allows users to generate images using AI-based text prompts, which can be modified and utilized for commercial purposes.
- Users are encouraged to adhere to Stability AI’s licensing terms, which support extensive modifications and the commercial use of the generated images.
To avoid any potential future copyright issue we do not use any artist name in our prompt
Image Usage Rights
- All images on Oksuro are available for free download and use.
- Images can be used freely for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
- If an image has its download option disabled, it is due to Oksuro policy or other restrictions. Such images cannot be downloaded or used.
Redistribution and Attribution
- Redistributing or selling Oksuro’s images on other stock photo or wallpaper platforms is prohibited.
- Attribution is not required, and you do not need to credit Oksuro as the source. We always appreciate it if you choose to do so.
- You are free to modify Oksuro’s images and edit them as you wish.
Use of –sref and –cref Parameters
- If images uploaded by Oksuro’s Authors include the
-srefor-crefparameters, they must reference only images provided by Oksuro. - Referencing external images is strictly prohibited, and doing so constitutes a violation of our licensing policy.
Disclaimer on Sensitive Topics
- Oksuro images are intended for artistic expression and may be used to illustrate sensitive topics.
- In such cases, a disclaimer such as “staged by models” should be clearly displayed to indicate that the image does not depict a real-life scenario.
- Oksuro disclaims any legal responsibility for misunderstandings or controversies that may arise from the use of these images.
